Resilient Service Operations Foundation in the engineering model

This Foundation describes reusable engineering knowledge. Its suitability is assessed against a specific Contract; an approved Baseline binds versions, dependencies and evidence to a project.

Solution mission

Resilient Service Operations Foundation

The Foundation connects preventive controls, continuous observation and tested recovery into a closed operational feedback loop.

Composition

Orthevs Ecosystem

Platform, infrastructure, OS and security capabilities provide states and operations. The workflow connects alerts, decisions, changes and evidence through shared correlation and operation IDs.

Process and workflow focus

Process and workflow focus

  • Define service objectives, ownership and escalation paths
  • Connect telemetry, alerts and incident workflows
  • Regularly validate backup, restore and disaster recovery
  • Feed findings back into baselines and runbooks

Acceptance and boundaries

Acceptance and boundaries

Resilience is not inferred from existing backups; it is evidenced through verified recoverability.

RTO, RPO and service objectives remain context-dependent decisions of the responsible organization.
