Qualification Engine

Turns a versioned qualification profile into a traceable validation plan for a specific object, environment and clearly defined scope. Mandatory gates, results and evidence together form a reproducible decision basis.

Qualification Engine as an execution mechanism

This Engine belongs to the technical target model. A concrete use needs defined inputs, supported versions, security boundaries and traceable outcomes.

Execution mission

Qualification Engine

The Qualification Engine turns the checks required by a Foundation or profile into an executable and referenceable plan. It records which object and version were evaluated, under which environmental conditions and through which validation steps. Results are not merely collected; they are assigned to their respective mandatory or assessment gates and supporting evidence. The resulting decision record remains reviewable and shows when changes require requalification.

Architecture role

Orthevs Ecosystem

Foundations define qualification profiles, binding gates and the expected evidence scope. Factories expose clearly bounded testing, analysis and measurement capabilities through their contracts; the Qualification Engine plans their use and consolidates the referenced results. Evidence links each finding to its run and artifact. The engine therefore creates a dependable internal release basis without claiming independent certification or any conclusion beyond the documented scope.

Core functions

Core functions

  • Derivation of a concrete validation plan from a versioned profile, scope and target object
  • Separation of binding mandatory gates from supplementary assessment and information points
  • Unambiguous binding of every run to object version, environment, configuration and time
  • Reproducible execution with referenced inputs, results and deviations
  • Consolidated decision record without obscuring failed mandatory checks
  • Identification of requalification needs after changes to the object, profile or environment

Control boundaries

Control boundaries

An aggregate score or a majority of passed checks cannot compensate for a failed mandatory gate.

“Orthevs-qualified” remains an internal, scope-bound statement and must not be presented as independent certification.

A qualification result applies only to the evaluated object version, environment, profile version and documented point in time.

Manually supplied evidence requires the same provenance, assignment and approval as automatically generated results.
